Some people are betters leaders than others.the school leaders are compound by the principal, teachers, and counselors, they have the responsability to make students great people.
The principal is the number one leaders in school because she is the authority and she tell teachers what students need to be prepare, and make students finish high school and get a diploma.Teachers have the responsability to teach students to be prepare in their classes and teach they to be respectful with others to show integrity, teachers want students to learn many things about their classes and prepare they when they have to take a test and get good grades. Counselors bring help to students and support in what they need like to be good in their classes and always they go to their classes.
A good leader means teach others and prepare they for o be good persons that is school do. The principal, teachers and counselors are a really good leaders beacuse they bring their support to students to make they great people with integrity to make great decisions about their future.
